Notice of Dissolution NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given that London & Amburn, P.C. (the "Corporation") has been dissolved and is in the process of winding up and liquidating its business and affairs. All persons with claims against the Corporation must send them to the Corporation in writing at P.O. Box 10388, Knoxville, Tennessee 37939. The following information must be included in each claim: (a) the name and address of the claimant; (b) the description and basis of the claim; (c) the amount of the claim; (d) the date it arose; and (e) any documentation substantiating it.
