You are notified that the above-captioned Plaintiffs have commenced a civil action against you to confirm and assign the title to the mobile home known as that certain manufactured home identified as a 1994 Skyline Orchard Cove, bearing Manufacturer's Serial Number 1S31-0843GAB which is affixed to the real estate commonly known as 9556 Coman Road, Hudson, Michigan 49247, and legally described as: Lands and premises in the Township of Wright, County of Hillsdale, and State of Michigan, together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, described as follows: A parcel of land being a part of the Southeast ¼ of Section 10, Town 8 South, Range 1 West, Wright Township, Hillsdale County, Michigan, said parcel being bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the East ¼ corner of Section 10, Town 8 South, Range 1 West; thence South 00o 11' 36" East, along the East line of the Southeast ¼ of said Section 10, 398.00 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing South 00o 11' 36" East, along said East line, 129.59 feet (recorded as 130.00 feet); thence North 89o 58' 36" West 211.94 feet to the Easterly right of way line of the former Cincinnati Northern Railroad; thence North 19o 53' 13" East, along said Easterly line 161.17 feet; thence South 82o 45' 03" East 43.76 feet; thence South 51o 13' 34" East 20.92 feet; thence South 87o 58' 25" East 97.02 feet to the point of beginning. Containing .59 acres, more or less. Tax parcel # 30-17-010-400-038-10-08-1.
Your failure to appear or file an answer or take other appropriate action authorized by statute and court rule within 28 days after this publication is completed will result in the Court granting Judgment to Plaintiffs for the relief that Plaintiffs have requested in its Complaint at a hearing scheduled for May 4, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in the Hillsdale County Circuit Court, Courthouse, 29 N. Howell Street, Hillsdale, Michigan 49242, which will include termination of all of your right, title, and interest in and to the described mobile home.
