PROJECT BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM (PBV) WAITING LIST OPENING - ROSE HOLLOW APARTMENTS Fairport Urban Renewal Agency announces the opening of the Rose Hollow Apartments PBV Waiting List on August 3, 2026 at 8:30 A.M. The waiting list will remain open until the number of applications exceed a two year wait time for assistance. Applications WILL NOT be available prior to opening. Eligible applicants must be age 62 or older have a gross household income at or below HUD's 2026 "very low" income limits according to the family's size.
