PUBLIC NOTIFICATION SOLICITATION #SSP-26-220 Vistancia Village K-13 Lift Station CMAR Vistancia Development LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Vistancia") is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a qualified Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction services and construction services for the Vistancia Village K-13 Lift Station within the Vistancia Community, Peoria, AZ. Vistancia reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Statement of Qualifications solicitation, or to reject any or all responses; to be the sole judge of the suitability of the services offered deemed to be in the best interest of Vistancia. Interested Parties may request a link to the Pre-Submittal Meeting to be held via Teams on July 27, 2026, at 1:00pm from clienhart@land-resources.com. The Pre-Submittal Meeting is non-mandatory. The SOQ submittal date for this solicitation is due no later than Tuesday August 18, 2026, by 1:00pm.
