PUBLIC NOTICE    WAITING LISTS OPENING The Vineland Housing Authority will be opening the waiting lists for 2 and 4 bedroom Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) units at Oakview Apartments (1701 E Broad St, Millville, NJ 08332.) The lists will be OPENING on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 at 9:00am. The lists will be CLOSING on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026 at 11:59pm. Mailed applications postmarked after this date will not be accepted.   This is Federally Subsidized Housing designated for low-income individuals.   THIS IS NOT FOR THE SECTION 8 VOUCHER PROGRAM.   Applications may be obtained at the Oakview Apartments office, on the Vineland Housing Authority website (www.vha.org), or at the Vineland Housing Authority office (191 W Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360.) Applications must be mailed to the Vineland Housing Authority, 191 W Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360. Applications must be postmarked no later than June 10th, 2026.
