BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 5/28/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 9/10/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
1. Lot No. Four (4) of Block No. Three (3) of Cypress Gardens Subdivision, being a subdivision of property belonging to Allen J. Theriot and Lee A. Duet located in Section 4, T17S, R17E, Terrebonne, Parish, Louisiana, as shown and designated on a plan thereof made by Bernard B. Davis, C.E., dated July 18, 1960; said lot measuring seventy - five (75') feet on the east side of Bellaire Drive by depth of eighty - three (83') feet between equal and parallel lines; bounded on the west by Bellaire Drive, north by Lot No. Three (3) of Block No. Three (3), east by property of E.H. Clement or assigns and south by Lot No. Five (5) of Block No. Three (3) of Cypress Gardens Subdivision; together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining, all shown on a plan thereof made by Edward C. McGee, Jr., C.E., dated May 15, 1963.
2. A certain tract of land situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, being more particularly described on a plat entitled "Addendum Number 2 to Cypress Gardens Subdivision Located in Section 4, T17S-R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana", prepared by Keneth L. Rembert Registered Land Surveyor, on September 12, 1974, as LOT FOUR-A (4-A), BLOCK THREE (3), ADDENDUM NO. TWO (2), CYPRESS GARDENS SUBDIVISION, said lot measuring a front of seventy-five (75') feet along the rear of Lot Four (4), Block Three (3) Cypress Gardens Subdivision, by depth on its eastern line of thirty-seven and 79/100 (37.79') feet, by depth on its western line of thirty-seven and 82/100 (37.82') feet, and measuring seventy-five (75') feet along the rear; said lot being bounded on the north by Lot Four (4), Block Three (3), Cypress Gardens Subdivision, on the south by property belonging to Robert Daigle or assigns, on the east by Lot 3-A, Block 3, Addendum No. 2, Cypress Gardens Subdivision, and on the west by Lot 5-A, Block 3, Addendum No. 2, Cypress Gardens Subdivision, and on the west by Lot 5-A, Block 3, Addendum No. 2, Cypress Gardens Subdivision, together with all rights, ways, privilege and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $177740.59, along
With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
