BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 11/6/24, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 9/17/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
One certain lot of ground situated in Tara, a subdivision of property belonging to Tara Development Corporation, situated in Section 6, T 18 S, R 17 E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and designated on a plan of Tara, dated January 25, 1971, and prepared by Edward C. McGee, Jr., Surveyor, recorded in COB 520, under entry number 406453 of the records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, as lot seven (7), block one (1), Tara, said lot having a front of seventy (70) feet on the north side of Rhett Place, by a depth of 83 feet, 2 1/8 inches on its westerly side line, a depth of 83 feet 4 1/16 inches on its easterly side line and having a rear width of seventy (70) feet; said lot being bounded as follows: Front or southerly by Rhett Place, westerly by lot six, easterly by lot eight, all of block one (1), Tara, and rear or northerly by property of Earl J. Breaux, or assigns; together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and prescriptions thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
