BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 6/26/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 9/17/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
LOT TWO (2) of BLOCK FIFTEEN (15) of ADDENDUM NO. ONE (1) of BAYOU GARDENS, a subdivision of property located in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described according to a plat thereof made by DeFraites Associates, Inc., Bernard B. Davis, Land Surveyor, October 17, 1972, recorded under Entry No. 438517, records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and measuring seventy and 00/100 (70.00') feet front on the north side of Eagle Street, by depth of one hundred ten and 00/100 (110.00') feet between equal and parallel lines and measuring seventy and 00/100 (70.00') feet across its rear or northern line; bounded south by Eagle Street, east by Lot 3 of Block 15, west by Lot 1 of Block 15 and on the north by portions of Lots 27 and 28 of Block 15, all of said Addendum No. 1 to Bayou Gardens; together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
