BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 7/3/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 9/17/25. Said lot is more fully described as follows: Having a front of sixty-three and 00/100 (63.00') feet, with a rear of sixty-two and 97/100 (62.97') feet, an easterly sideline of one hundred ninety-one and 54/100 (191.54') feet and a westerly sideline of one hundred ninety and 88/100.
