NOTICE OF FILING OF BANK MERGER APPLICATION
Pursuant to the Public Notice Requirements of 12 C.F.R. Sections 303.7 and 303.65, notice is hereby given that Marquette Interim Savings Bank II, a to-be-formed Pennsylvania interim stock savings bank headquartered at 920 Peach Street, Erie, Pennsylvania 16501, has filed an Interagency Bank Merger Act Application (the “Application”) with the New York Regional Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) to merge with Marquette Savings Bank, a Pennsylvania savings bank headquartered at 920 Peach Street, Erie, Pennsylvania 16501. Marquette Interim Savings Bank II, which will be renamed Marquette Savings Bank, in stock form, following the merger, will be the survivor of the merger. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated by Marquette Savings Bank, in stock form, following the merger. Marquette Interim Savings Bank II is being chartered for the purpose of accomplishing a reorganization of Marquette Savings Bank into the mutual holding company form of ownership (the “Reorganization”), in which Marquette Mutual Holding Company, a to-be-formed Pennsylvania mutual holding company, will acquire 100% of the to-be-outstanding common stock of Marquette Savings Bank.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at the appropriate FDIC office located at 350 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, New York 10118-0110 not later than September 12, 2025. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the nonconfidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
