By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Thursday, January 9, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL OF THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES, APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THAT SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS WHISPERING OAKS, AND DESIGNATED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAN THEREOF, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER OF THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, AS LOT NUMBER SIXTEEN (16), SAID SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES AND RESTRICTIONS AS ARE MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON SAID MAP; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE DOLLARS AND TWENTY TWO CENTS ($172,553.22) DOLLARS, along with
interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
