By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Saturday, March 29, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN PARCEL OF GROUND SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, SOUTHEASTERN DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA, DESIGNATED AS LOT NO. 11 AND THE ADJOINING NORTH HALF OF LOT NO. 12 ON THE PLAT OF KENNEDY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, FIRST FILING, MADE BY JEFFRIAN AND ASSOCIATES, INC., CONSULTING ENGINEERS, DATED BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA, AUGUST 8, 1967, A COPY OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF ASCENSION PARISH. THE PARCEL OF GROUND HEREIN CONVEYED HAS A COMBINES FRONTAGE OF 97.50 FEET ON JOHN STREET BY A DEPTH BETWEEN PARALLEL LINES OF 128.82 FEET, ALL AS IS MORE FULLY SHOWN ON THE PLAY REFERRED TO ABOVE.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: SIXTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY SIX CENTS ($62,953.76) DOLLARS, along with
interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
