By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Monday, November 6, 2023, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND ALL THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES, APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO, BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN SECTIONS 28 AND 40, T8S, R3E, SOUTHEASTERN LAND DISTRICT, EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA, BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
LOT 39, ROSEMONT SUBDIVISION, FIRST FILING, PART 1, BEING TRACT Z OF THE JOSEPH A. LASS PROP., ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH FINAL PLAT BY GWS ENGINEERING, INC., ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS-LAND SURVEYORS, DATED MAY 17, 2005, RECORDED IN ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA, ON JUNE 2, 2005, INSTRUMENT NO. 607334; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: TWO HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX DOLLARS AND FORTY THREE CENTS ($227,986.43) DOLLARS, along with
