BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 17th day of September, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or lot of land; together with all buildings and improvements thereon, all rights, ways and privileges thereunto belonging or in any appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as being Lot 167 of Village Green Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 139, record of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, all as more fully shown within Certificate of Survey by Avoyelles Consulting Engineers and Surveyors, Inc., dated 2/14/85, attached to an Act of Mortgage, Stephen Michael Notheisen, et al., to Louisiana Savings Association, Inc., recorded at Mortgage Book 1012, Page 570, and being identical property acquired by Stephen Michael Notheisen, et al., by deed dated 2/27/85, recorded at Conveyance Book 1141, Page 37, of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
