NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
The debt collector is attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage originally made by EDDIE PADRO, JR., whose last known address is 322 Lawrence Avenue, Adrian, MI 49221, to TLC COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION, dated May 6, 1999, and recorded in Liber 1639, Page 903, Lenawee County Records, on May 20, 1999, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due as of August 7, 2025, the sum of THIRTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY and 41/100s ($13,680.41) DOLLARS, with interest at SEVEN (7.00%) percent per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgage premises, or some part of them, at public venue at the Lenawee County Courthouse, main lobby, 425 N. Main Street, Adrian, Michigan 49221, at 10:00 a.m. in the forenoon, on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
The subject property is commonly known as 322 Lawrence Avenue, Adrian, MI 49221, and situated in the City of Adrian, County of Lenawee, and State of Michigan, to-wit:
Lot 36 and the North 55 feet of Lot 6, Block 5, LOW MANUFACTURING COMPANY’S ADDITION to the City of Adrian, as recorded in Liber 82 of Deeds, Page 800, Lenawee County Records.
The Period of Redemption applicable to the Mortgage referred to in this Notice is One (1) year from the date of sale, pursuant to MCL 600.3240, or other such applicable statute, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCL 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
