NOTICE  INSURANCE COMMISSIONER TRINIDAD NAVARRO, hereby gives notice that effective October 17, 2022, ASI SELECT INSURANCE CORP., a Indiana domiciled Insurance Corporation licensed to transact insurance business in the state of Delaware redomesticated to Indiana and became a Foreign Insurer.  Because of the redomestication, ASI SELECT INSURANCE CORP., has requested permission to withdraw securities held on deposit with Wilmington Trust Company for the benefit and protection of policyholders. Pursuant to 18 Del.
