TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, Mary F. Dodds, Trustee of the Mary F. Dodds Revocable Living Trust dated November 28, 1995, by its certain Deed of Trust, dated April 28, 2022, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Boone County, Missouri, in Book No. 5615 for Trust Deeds, at Page 80, conveyed to Thomas K. Riley, in trust, to secure the payment of the note in said Deed of Trust described, the following described real estate, situate, lying and being in Boone County, Missouri, to wit: Lot Forty (40) of Administrative Subdivision Replat of Lot 36 of the Administrative Subdivision Replat of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Rockbridge Subdivision Block 9 and Lot 28 of Rockbridge Subdivision Block 11, as shown by the plat recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 78, Records of Boone County, Missouri. WHEREAS, under the provisions in said Deed of Trust contained, the said note is now due and collectible and remains unpaid; now, therefore, at the request of the legal holder of said note, and in pursuance of the provisions of said Deed of Trust, I will, on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, between the hours of nine (9:00) o'clock in the forenoon and five (5:00) o'clock in the afternoon, and more specifically, at one (1:00) o'clock P.M. of said day, at the south front door of the Courthouse at 8th and Walnut Streets, in the City of Columbia, Missouri, sell the above described real estate at public auction to the highest bidder for cash in hand, for the purpose of paying said note and interest, and the cost and expense of executing this trust.
