By virtue of a Writ of Execution directed to the Sheriff of Atlantic County, issued out of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Atlantic County, Docket No.F-005785-24 will be sold at public vendue at the Criminal Court Complex, 4997 Unami Blvd., Mays Landing, NJ 08330 on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2025 AT 12:00 O'CLOCK.
Fairfield Atlantic City — Skyline Tower, A Condominium ("Condominium"), a timeshare condominium association located at 100 S. North Carolina Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401 known as Lots 1 and 2, Block 58 on the Tax Map of Atlantic City, and more specifically described in the Master Deed and Time Share Plan for the Condominium, (the "Master Deed"), recorded with the Atlantic County Clerk's Office as Instrument No. 2005007307.
The following Defendants have been named in the above foreclosure complaint for failure to pay assessments due and owing on their vacation ownership interests at the Condominium which are expressly subject to the provisions of the Master Deed:
1. AS TO FIRST COUNT - ROBERT R. MATTHEWS (MATTHEWS PROPERTY 1). A 77,000/105,123,000 fee simple undivided interest in Units 1401 through 1412 in the Condominium granted to Robert R. Matthews and Patricia A. Matthews (Deceased) as set forth in that certain Deed dated May 17, 2006 and recorded on June 19, 2006 in the Atlantic County Clerk's Office as Instrument Number 2006061116 (the "Matthews Property I"). The approximate amount of the decree sought to be satisfied by this sale of the Matthews Property I is $634.08 in addition to the interest, Sheriff's Fees and advertising costs.

The approximate amount of the decree sought to be satisfied by this sale of the Matthews Property Il is $634.08 in addition to the interest, Sheriff's Fees and advertising costs.

The approximate amount of the decree sought to be satisfied by this sale of the Cannon Property is $4,581.89 in addition to the interest, Sheriff's Fees and advertising costs.

The approximate amount of the decree sought to be satisfied by this sale of the Hammond Property is $1,416.70 in addition to the interest, Sheriff's Fees and advertising costs.

The approximate amount of the decree sought to be satisfied by this sale of the Bryd Property is $2,523.39 in addition to the interest, Sheriff's Fees and advertising costs.

The approximate amount of the decree sought to be satisfied by this sale of the Norris Property is $2,961.86 in addition to the interest, Sheriff's Fees and advertising costs.
