Said mortgage is now held by U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-KS11, by assignment. There is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Fifty-Four Thousand Fourteen and 16/100 Dollars ($54,014.16).
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public venue at the place of holding the circuit court within Branch County, Michigan at 10:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 18, 2025.
