By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 07/10/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 09/24/25, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
1.Two certain lots of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, and at a distance of about 20 miles below the City of Thibodaux, and being Lots 15 and 16 of Square 5 as shown on the plat of the Ernest Chauvin and Mrs. Alcee France Subdivision made by J.C. Waites, C.E., dated April, 1949. Said Lot 15 measures 60 feet front on the St. Joseph Street by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 64.7 feet on the line that separated Lot 15 from Lot 14 and a depth of 64.4 feet on the line that separates Lot 15 from Lot 16. Said Lot 16 measures 60 feet front on St. Joseph Street by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 64.4 feet on the line that separates Lot 16 from Lot 15 and a depth of 64.1 feet on the line that separates Lot 16 from Lot 17. Said lots are bounded on the front or Southeast by St. Joseph Street, on the rear or Northwest by property of Mrs. Benny Guidry, on the side towards Bayou Lafourche or Northeast by Lot 14 of Square 5, on the side towards the Forty Arpent Line Southwest by Lot 17 of Square 5, formerly owned by Murphy Arabie, and now owned by Milton Larousse, or assigns; together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
2. Two (2) certain lots of ground with all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, State of Louisiana, and at a distance of about Twenty (20) miles below the City of Thibodaux, and being numbered 15-A and 16-A as shown on a plat of the TERRY A. DETILLIER SUBDIVISION made by Warren & Associates, Inc. dated November 26, 1990 which the lots are more particularly described as follows:
a. Lot Fifteen-A (15-A) measures Sixty (60') feet in width fronting Lot Fifteen (15) owned by Troy Allen Lamb and Christine Plaisance Lamb by a depth between parallel lines of One Hundred Sixty-Seven and Fifty-Six Hundredths (167.56) feet on the side line adjoining Lot Fourteen-A (14-A) and One Hundred Sixty-Seven and Twenty-Four Hundredths (167.24') feet on the side line adjoining Lot Sixteen-A (16-A).
b. Lot Sixteen-A (16-A) measures Sixty (60') feet in width fronting Lot Sixteen (16) owned by Troy Allen Lamb and Christine Plaisance Lamb by a depth by parallel lines of One Hundred Sixty-Seven and Twenty-Four Hundredths (167.24') feet on the side line adjoining Lot Fifteen-A (15-A) and One Hundred Sixty-Six and Ninety-Two Hundredths (166.92') feet on the side line adjoining Lot Seventeen-A (17-A).

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $106452.50 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
