ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision known as MOSS COVE, PHASE 1 and being designated on the official plat of said subdivision, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of said Parish and State, as LOT 69, said subdivision, said lot having such size, shape and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes as are shown on said map.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $219749.30 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
