By virtue of the above stated Writ to me directed and delivered, I shall expose for sale by public venue and sell to the highest bidder on Tuesday, 9/16/2025, at Two O'Clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Passaic County Court House, Hamilton Street, Paterson, that is to say:

Nearest Cross Street: NORTH 4TH STREET
BEGINNING at a point in the easterly line of Haledon Avenue, said point being distant in a northwesterly direction 130.00 feet from the intersection of the northwesterly lin eof North 4th Street and the said easterly line of Haledon Avenue, and from said beginning point running thence (1) North 49 degrees 35.
