BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE OF SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 24th day of September, 2025 the following property to-wit :
LOT 18 OF BAYOU HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 17, RECORDS OF RAPIDES PARISH, LOUISIANA, SAID LOT FRONTING 60 FEET ON MARY LANE AND EXTENDING BACK THEREFROM BETWEEN PARALLEL BUT UNEQUAL LINES, WITH A DEPTH ON THE SIDE ADJACENT TO LOT 19 OF 106.17 FEET AND ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF 98.11 FEET AND HAVING A REAR WIDTH OF 60.54 FEET, BEING THE SAME PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY CARROLL LEE TUNNELL FROM MARY GALLENT SHANNON BY ACT DATED FEBRUARY 28, 1966, RECORDED IN CONVEYANCE BOOK 677, PAGE 443, RECORDS OF RAPIDES PARISH, LOUISIANA; subject to restricitions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITH" APPRAISMENT
NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
