SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTERVILLE COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES FOR DIRECTORS Pursuant to Government Code Section 36933(c), the following constitutes a summary of Ordinance No. 25-1 introduced by the Centerville Board of Directors on August 20, 2025 and scheduled for consideration of adoption on September 17, 2025 at its meeting held in the District Office located at 8930 Placer Road, Redding, CA 96001. Through enactment of the ordinance, the District Board seeks to set a rule providing compensation to board member for attendance at board meetings, committee meetings and other assignment District required meetings. The compensation rate will be $100.00 per day with an increase not to exceed 5% in the future. The ordinance also provides reimbursement rules for attendance at conferences or other events by board members in their official capacity. A certified copy of the full text of the Ordinance is posted and available for review in the District Secretary's Office at 8930 Placer Road, Redding, CA 96001. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effective sixty (60) days after its adoption and shall be published and posted as required by law.
