New York Surrogate's                                                                 Court Executor Form JA-6 OCA Official Form                                                                       Accounting Citation                                                    File No.                 2021-2954/A   SURROGATE’S COURT, WESTCHESTER COUNTY   CITATION THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, By the Grace of God Free and Independent   TO: Elias Chesy whose whereabouts is unknown and, if deceased, to all the unknown distributees, heirs at law and next of kin of Elias Chesy their guardians, committees, convservators, or assigns, and if any of them survived the decedents but have since died or become incompetent, their successors in interest, executors, administrators, legal representatives, devisees, legatees, spouses, distributees, heirs at law, next of kin,committees, conversators, guardians or any person having any claim or interest through them by purchase, inheritance or otherwise and   A petition having been duly filed (and amended three times) by Esther Redmount, who is domiciled at 1919 North Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80907.  YOU ARE HEREBY CITED TO SHOW CAUSE before the Surrogate’s Court, Westchester County, at 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Rm 1800, White Plains, New York, on October 15, 2025, at 9:30 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, why the account of Esther Redmount, a summary of which has been served herewith, as Executor of the estate of Robin T. Blum a/k/a Robin Blum, should not be judicially settled. [X] Further relief sought (if any): PETITIONER prays that (a) the account of proceedings be judicially settled; (b) the Court approves the executor’s commissions of $17,877.03 as reflected in Schedule I and C-1 of the accounting; (c) the Court approves the legal fees of Keane & Beane, P.C. in the total amount of $55,631.00 (paid) as reflected on Schedules C and K of the accounting and supported by attorney Parick J. O’Sullivan’s Affirmation of Services dated July 12, 2024; (d) the Court approves the disbursements of Keane & Beane, P.C. in the total amount of $1,639.70 (paid) as reflected on Schedule C of the accounting; (e) the Court approves the accountant fees of Mara Passick of Singer & Folk, CPAs in the amount of $2,350.00 (paid) for preparing income tax returns for the estate as reflected on Schedule C of the accounting; (f) the Court approves the Executor’ s reimbursement of herself of estate administration expenses totaling $12,121.21 (paid) covering $3,761.97 (funeral),$3,427.66 (house insurance and electric) and $931.58 (support of sole beneficiary Elias Chesy while he was living in Florida) all as reflected on Schedule C of the accounting; (g) the Court approves the accountant fees of Mara Passick of Singer & Folk, CPAs to be paid as reflected on Schedule C-1 of the accounting in the amount of $2,850.00 (unpaid) for preparing final fiduciary income tax returns for the estate; (h) the Court approves the legal fees and disbursements (inclusive of filing fees) of Keane & Beane, P.C. to be paid as reflected on Schedule C-1 of the accounting in the total amount of $8,869.00 (unpaid) for work being performed in the within accounting proceeding and to wind up the estate subject to such fees/disbursements being supported by an Affidavit of Services to be provided to the Court by attorney Parick J. O’Sullivan before a decree is issued; (i ) the Court appoint a Guardian ad Litem to represent Elias Chesy’s interests in this proceeding;(j) the Court issue an Order of Publication of the proposed Citation in this accounting proceeding allowing service by publication on Elias Chesy in one newspaper published and/or circulated in the County selected by the Court, once in each of four successive weeks, (k) the Court grant that if Elias Chesy cannot be located, his shar e of the Decedent’s estate be deposited with the Westchester County Commissioner of Finance (l) the Court grant such other and further relief as to this Court seems just and proper; and (m) process issue to all necessary parties who have not appeared to show cause why the relief requested should not be granted.   Dated, Attested, and Sealed,                                        HON.
