White, current address unknown; and Roy Van Atta, Licking County Treasurer, 20 South Second St, Newark, Ohio 43055.
YOU ARE HEREBY ADVISED THAT The Licking County Land Reutilization Corporation has filed a complaint naming you as Defendants who may claim an interest herein, and alleging that 28 S. Hazelwood Avenue, Newark, OH 43055, Parcel no(s). 054-215874-00.000, is delinquent on real property taxes and abandoned, and following the complaint the Treasurer invoked the alternative right of redemption. Plaintiff seeks either payment or an order to sell or transfer the above property. You are required to answer the applicable Complaint on or before September 22nd, 2025. You are further notified that a final foreclosure hearing will be held on September 23rd, 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Board of Revision, 20 S. Second St 2nd Floor, Newark, OH 43055.
