There may be a time for public comment during the meeting, as indicated in the agenda. MEETING MINUTES I. President Kumhala called the Special Board Meeting to order at 4:48 p.m. II. Pledge of Allegiance. III. Present: Christopherson, Kumhala, Routheau, Thompson, Trepanier. Absent: Christensen. Administration: Emily Miller, Superintendent. IV. Public Comments. None. V. Discussion/Possible Action: A. Staffing: Resignations/Hires. 1. Resignation(s): a. Danima DeBenedetto - OES Special Ed Paraprofessional. b. Connor Ebben - JV1 Boys Basketball Coach. 2. Hire(s): a. Kelly Wedin-Danielczak - OES Math Interventionist. b. Frank Calvert - OMS Cross Country Coach. Motion was made by Christopherson; seconded by Routheau to remove the Frank Calvert hire to a separate motion. Motion carried unanimously via voice vote. Motion was made by Thompson; seconded by Trepanier to approve the above resignations of DeBenedetto and Ebben, and the hire of Wedin-Danielczak as presented. Motion carried unanimously via roll call vote. Motion was made by Thompson; seconded by Trepanier to table the hire of Frank Calvert. Motion carried unanimously via voice vote. VI. Adjourn. Motion was made by Routheau; seconded by Thompson to adjourn the Special Board Meeting of August 6, 2025.
