Planning Commission Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held at the Municipal Complex, 2000 Municipal Drive, on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. to solicit public input regarding 1) a Final Plat for a 58-lot single-family subdivision located on Parcel # 121-021901 for 12.5 acres on the North side of Jacobsen Road, and 2) a Future Land Use Amendment and zoning change for the properties located at 2025 American Drive, 2075 American Drive, and 550 E. Shady Lane which are currently zoned B-3 Regional Business District with a requested change to I-2 Heavy Industrial District. Call 920-720-7105 for information, or attend the public hearing above.
