Public Hearing: None Presentations: None Place on File: Place on File and Approved/Authorized: a) Consent Agenda as listed on 7/15/25; 7/1/25 & 7/4/25 Minutes of the Common Council Mtg.; 7/1/25 Minutes of License Committee Mtg.; 3/18/25 Minutes of Bargaining Committee Mtg.; 4/2/25 Minutes of Finance Committee Mtg.; Voucher list dated 7/15/25 in amount of $343,701.93. b) Beverage Operator's Licenses – New / Connor Martin & Robert Willison. c) Carnival Licenses for St. Francis Days – Wenzel Amazements, LLC for 9/29-31/25 @ Milton Vretenar Park contingent on City being listed at additional insured. d) Beverage Operator's Licenses – Renewals – Nicholas Lietzke & Scott Martin. e) Recommend approval of adoption of Resolution Declaring Official Intent to Reimburse Expenditures from Proceeds of Borrowing. f) City Administrator to post & advertise for Public Works Utility Equipment/Operator position. g) To Introduce and Adopt – Resolution No. 2869 – Resolution Declaring Official Intent to Reimburse Expenditures from Proceeds of Borrowing. h) TID #5: 3700 S.
