Pledge of Allegiance & prayer. Roll Call: Supervisors Agamaite, Baker, Browne, Guilette (arrived at 6:03 p.m.), Jahnke, Kinnard, Lazansky, Lukes, Olson, Ortlieb, Paape, Romdenne, Shelton, Swagel, Teske, Vollenweider and Zeitler (17) were present. Supervisors Augustian, Kroll and Patrycia (3) were excused. Approval of agenda and previous minutes, Annual Reports & Other Reports, First Reading of Ordinances-Chapter 10 – Public Safety Ordinance RESOLUTION NO. 15-08-2025 - DELEGATING THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS WITH OPIOID DEFENDANTS TO THE DESIGNATED KEWAUNEE COUNTY OFFICER OR OFFICERS Supervisors Baker moved and Lukes seconded for adoption. Roll Call Vote: 17 ayes, 0 nayes. Motion carried. RESOLUTION NO. 16-08-2025 - RESCINDING AND REPLACING RESOLUTION NO. 6-05-2025, TO ADJUST THE 2025 BUDGET AND APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF CYBERSECURITY SERVICES Supervisors Vollenweider moved and Paape seconded for adoption. Roll Call Vote: 17 ayes, 0 nayes. Motion carried.
