STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF PERRY SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE=S NOTICE OF SALE  WHEREAS, on the 31st day of October, 2024, GARY M. FARLOW executed a certain Deed of Trust unto John S. Harmond, President/CEO, as Trustee, for CENTURYFIRST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described and which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book MTG307 at Page 151-157, of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Perry County, Mississippi; and  WHEREAS, under the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, the Beneficiary may at any time deemed best and without giving any reason therefore, appoint a successor of the Trustee named in the above-described Deed of Trust; and  WHEREAS, on the 28th day of July, 2025, the Beneficiary appointed Je’Nell B.
