Public Hearing: None Presentations: None Place on File: Place on File and Approved/Authorized: a) Consent Agenda as listed on 8/5/25; 7/15/25 Minutes of the Common Council Mtg.; 7/15/25 Minutes of License Committee Mtg.; 7/15/25 Minutes of Bargaining Committee Mtg.; Voucher list dated 8/5/25 in amount of $316,117.13. b) Beverage Operator's Licenses – New – Lauren Kocourek & Joseph McCullough. c) Outdoor Event Permit – Faklandia, Nathan Fakler, Agent/Representative on 8/29/25 from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm. d) Beverage Operator's Licenses – Renewal for Shilo Paredes. e) City Administrator to fill position of Public Works Utility-Equipment Operator. f) To Introduce and Adopt – Resolution No. 2870 – Resolution Opposing Freeway Removal Alternative of I-794 Lake Interchange Study. g) Block Party/Street Closing – Trestle Creek Subdivision. h) City's consent re: Milwaukee County Assignment of 4021 S. KK Ave. rights under Wisconsin Statutes Section 75.521. i) Support MCDOT Complete Communities Municipal Action Plan contingent upon any results of the study would not be implemented w/out Common Council approval. j) Concur w/ Mayor's appointments of Evelyn Schaal to Library Board. k) To Adjourn.
