Ballirano dated February 18, 2011 and recorded in the Johnston Land Evidence Records at Book 2127, Page 128, as affected by a Loan Modification in Said Land Evidence Records in Book 2845, Page 278, will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on September 18, 2025 at 12:00 PM on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale contained in the mortgage, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
The property will be sold subject to the redemption rights in favor of the Internal Revenue Service by virtue of Notice of Federal Tax Lien recorded in Johnston Land Evidence Records in Book 2760 Page 90.
