In the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Illinois, McDonough County. United Community Bank, successor in interest to First Federal Bank, Plaintiff v. Lynne M. McCormick, Western Illinois Regional Council – Community Action Agency, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, Defendants, in the above Case No.
The requisite Affidavit for Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you,
UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS,
Defendants in the above-entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, McDonough County, Illinois, by said Plaintiff, against you and other Defendants, praying for the foreclosure and for other relief of Mortgages conveying the premises described as follows, to-wit:
Lot Thirteen (13) in Block Three (3), Wells Addition to the City of Macomb, situated in the County of McDonough, in the State of Illinois
PIN: 11-200-807-00
(collectively, the “Real Estate”).
The Mortgage was recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of McDonough County, Illinois as Document No. 05-3530.
Summons was duly issued out of the said Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending.
NOW, THEREFORE, unless you, the said above-named Defendants, file your answer to the Complaint in the said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of McDonough County, McDonough County Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Square, Macomb, Illinois within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this Notice default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
