TERMINATION OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION
TO: Loretta Morgan and any heir at law of the said Loretta Morgan; and any person or entity having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon the following described property.
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that land consisting of 0.26 acres of the 85th Georgia Militia District- bounded on the North for a distance of 38.92 feet by State Route 24; on the East for a distance of 262.43 feet by other property of Blanche S. Stavely; on the South for a distance of 19.13 feet by property of John Cox; and on the West for a distance of 275.11 feet by property of Leroy Morgan and other property of John Cox; property surveyed by William L. Johnson on January 22, 1986.
As described in Deed Book 157, Page 219. Further described as Map & Parcel 0055058.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 25th of September, 2025.
The tax deed to which this notice related is dated March 7, 2023, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 633, pages 25-26.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 25th day of September, 2025, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Cathy Mitchell, P.O. Box 94 Wadley, GA 30477.
