NOTICE BOROUGH OF WRIGHTSTOWN COUNTY OF BURLINGTON ORDINANCE 2025-04 ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BOROUGH OF WRIGHTSTOWN REDEVELOPMENT PLAN DATED JUNE 1, 1999, TO ESTABLISH AND ADOPT THE FARAGO BOULEVARD REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR BLOCK 203, LOTS 1.09, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, IDENTIFIED AS PART OF PARCEL FIVE IN THE WRIGHTSTOWN BOROUGH REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, AND TO ESTABLISH DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR SUCH PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:49-2, that the purpose of the foregoing ordinance is to amend the Redevelopment Plan of the Borough of Wrightstown to provide specific zoning standards for a portion of Parcel Five identified as Block 203 Lots 1.09, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14 and 1.15 on the Borough Tax Map. Once amended, this portion of Parcel Five will be referred to as the "Farago Boulevard Redevelopment Area" and will supersede all other zoning for the property. The portion of Parcel 5 identified as Block 203, Lots 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.04, 1.05, 1.06, 1.07 and 1.08 on the Borough Tax Map will remain designated as the "OCR-Office Campus/Retail District." FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the foregoing ordinance was finally adopted after a public hearing conducted by the Wrightstown Borough Council at a duly advertised meeting held at 6:30 PM on August 27, 2025, at the Wrightstown Borough Hall, 21 Saylors Pond Rd., Wrightstown, NJ.
