By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C06-2501-MF-000114 wherein Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust was Plaintiff, and Carol Axsom, Deceased; T.J. Bloomfield; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Carol Axsom, Deceased; Estate of Carol Axsom, Deceased were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17 day of October, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
