The Common Council of the City of Wausau do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the site of lands described as follows:
ROOSEVELT PARK ADD #2 LOT 12 BLK 6
now comprising a part of Single-Family Residential – 5 (SR-5) Zoning District according to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Wausau is hereby rezoned to Townhome Residential – 12 (TRD-12) Zoning District; and
that the sites of lands described as follows:

SEC 03-28-07 PT OF NE 1/4 NE 1/4 DESD AS PCL (1) OF CSM VOL 46-36(10984)
SEC 03-28-07 PT OF NE 1/4 NE 1/4 DESD AS PCL (2) OF CSM VOL 46-36(10984)
now comprising a part of Single-Family Residential – 2 (SR-2) Zoning District according to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Wausau are hereby rezoned to Townhome Residential – 12 (TRD-12) Zoning District.
Section 2. This change in zoning shall be designated on the official city zoning map.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its date of publication.
