c. BZA-25-25: Request by Dalton Dearinger for a use variance to allow a tattoo shop in a C2 district at 760 Linden Ave
d. BZA-25-26: Request by Craig Stoneburner for a use variance to allow a private sports facility in a C2 district at 210 Sunrise Center Dr
e. BZA-25-27: Request by Sheryl Phebus for a variance to the size and setbacks of a garage at 956 Taylor St
