The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Maria S. Vazquez-Doles of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Twenty-Second day of August, 2025 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Orange, in the City of Goshen. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below dated November 12, 2004, executed by William L. Grace to secure the sum of $240,000.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book 11700, Page 79 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk on December 16, 2004. Plaintiff is also holder of a mortgage dated April 24, 2006 executed by William L. Grace to secure the sum of $59,868.21 and recorded at Book 13501, Page 1503 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk on February 6, 2013. Said mortgage was consolidated with the mortgage referred to at Book 11700, Page 79 by a Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement executed by William L. Grace dated April 24, 2006 and recorded February 6, 2013 at Book 13501, Page 12527 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk to form a single lien in the amount of $295,000.00. The consolidated mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed June 25, 2018 and recorded on August 2, 2018, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 14440, Page 1476. The consolidated mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed February 2, 2021 and recorded on March 3, 2021, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 14907, Page 308. The mortgage was subsequently modified on March 3, 2022.
