The project scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, piping, fittings, couplings, accessories, and appurtenances; performing site restoration; conducting testing and pressure testing of the raw watermain; obtaining bacteriological clearances; and implementing vibration monitoring. Contractors will also be responsible for securing all required permits, ensuring compliance with permit conditions, maintaining traffic in accordance with Martin County and FDOT standards, completing necessary paving, and providing all other items depicted in the plans, specifications, and reference documents. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Martin County Administrative Center, Commissioner Chambers, 2401 SE Monterey Rd., Stuart, FL 34996.
