Defendant(s), Timothy A Beatty And Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Timothy A Beatty, whose last known address is 420 W 4th St, Uhrichsville, OH 44683, Glenda Striker And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Glenda Striker, whose last known Addresses are 113 N 5th St, Dennison, OH 44621 And 420 W 4th St, Uhrichsville, OH 44683, will take notice that on July 3, 2025, Tax Ease Ohio, V, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2025 CF 07 0679, Tuscarawas County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Timothy A Beatty, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Timothy A Beatty, Glenda Striker And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Glenda Striker, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Uhrichsville, County of Tuscarawas and State of Ohio: Being Lot Number 789. Formerly known as Lot Number 11 in Block 5 in Porter's second addition to Uhrichsville, Ohio. Plat Book 1A, Page 27. New Number 792. Permanent Parcel Number: 41-00938-000 Property commonly known as: 420 W 4th St., Uhrichsville, OH 44683 Prior Deed Reference: OR Volume 1282, Page 102

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice on or before October 10, 2025.
