The Defendants, Timothy D. Allen aka Timothy Allen and Betsy A. Allen aka Betsy Allen, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on June 23, 2025, Plaintiff, Coastal Community Bank, filed a Complaint in the Licking County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 2025-CV-00993, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 1269 Foor Blvd, Pataskala, OH 43062, being permanent parcel number 010-028388 (“Real Estate”), and allege that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Timothy D. Allen aka Timothy Allen and Betsy A. Allen aka Betsy Allen, are required to answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Timothy D. Allen aka Timothy Allen and Betsy A. Allen aka Betsy Allen, fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff’s Complaint.
