STARK COUNTY PROBATE COURT, CASE NO. 251224 An order has been filed with the Court on August 22, 2025, which reads as follows: THIS MATTER came before the Court for hearing on August 20, 2025, regarding the Executor’s Motion to order Edward Jones to recognize the Estate as the beneficiary of a certain individual retirement account, ending in xxx-91246-1-5 (“IRA”), held with Edward Jones. The Court having been satisfied that the intentions of the decedent, as demonstrated through her Last Will can only be met by recognizing the Estate as the beneficiary, and to order Edward Jones to immediately transfer the account to the Estate of Joyce E. Carver. Any person, heir or next of kin of the decedent shall have up to and including September 30, 2025, to file an objection to this Order. Otherwise, effective October 1, 2025, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Edward Jones shall recognize the Estate of Joyce Carver as the lawful beneficiary of the aforementioned IRA account.
