Canuto, husband and wife dated September 7, 2022 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Boone County, Missouri as Book 5671, Page 63, modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded November 19, 2024 in Book 5936, Page 3 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Friday, September 19, 2025 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 2:55 PM), at the South Front Door of the Court House, City of Columbia, County of Boone, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Boone County, State of Missouri, to wit:
LOT FIVE (5) OF WOODS EDGE SUBDIVISION PLAT ONE (1) IN THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI, AS SHOWN BY THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 79, RECORDS OF BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI.
to satisfy said debt and cost.
