Notice of Proposed Bank Merger Notice is hereby given that Prosperity Bank, El Campo, Texas, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”), pursuant to which Prosperity Bank will merge with American Bank, National Association, Corpus Christi, Texas (“American Bank”), with Prosperity Bank surviving the merger. At this time, it is contemplated that all current Prosperity Bank and American Bank branch facilities will continue to operate immediately after the merger. Prosperity Bank will consummate any later branch closures or consolidations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This notice is published pursuant to Section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
