ROCKSPRINGS STREET ATHENS, GEORGIA 30606 www.athenshousing.org   The Athens Housing Authority (AHA/Authority) is seeking written proposals for the Administration Building Chiller Replacement. The primary purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified contractor to perform the replacement of the chiller at 300 S. Rocksprings Street, Athens, GA 30606. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the complete removal of the existing chiller, installation of new equipment, and all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work necessary for a fully functional system.
