By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THE EAST 100 FEET OF LOT 189, LAKEVIEW SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION IN CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 150, PAGE(S) 289, OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED/MOBILE HOME SITUATED ON THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY, BEING A 2004 RIVERBIRCH MANUFACTURED HOME, SERIAL NO. RB03AL6770AB; HUD ID TAGS - UL PFS 832909 AND UL PFS 832910, 26'X60', WHICH SAID MANUFACTURED HOME/MOBILE HOME WAS IMMOBILIZED PURSUANT TO AFFIDAVIT TO IMMOBILIZE MOBILE HOME DATED 10/31/2003 AND FILED FOR RECORD AS INSTRUMENT NO. 1888423 OF THE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
