BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 1st day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A certain pierce, parcel or lot of ground, together with all rights, ways and privileges thereunto belonging, being, lying and situated in Section 17, Township Five North, Range One West (T5N, R1W), Rapides Parish, Louisiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot Four (4) of Fairway West, Unit #2, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 130 of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affected the property.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITHOUT" APPRAISEMENT
NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
