BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF FIERI FACIAS issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 1st day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL OR LOT OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, RIGHTS, WAYS AND PRIVILEGES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, BEING, LYING AND SITUATED IN RAPIDES PARISH, LOUISIANA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: LOT 80 OF PINEBROOK ESTATES SUBDIVISION AS PER THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 105, RECORDS OF RAPIDES PARISH, LOUISIANA; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITH" APPRAISEMENT
